Who processes your personal data?

Your personal data are processed by ADANTIO EOOD, a company registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under identification number 204062080, seat and management address in Bulgaria, city of Ruse, 44 Vojvodova Str. We are the controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR).

What categories of personal data do we collect and why?

We provide recruitment and intermediary services. For these purposes we process: full name, date of birth, age, telephone, address, email, education, qualification, work history, public information from your professional social media (such as LinkedIn), recommendations from previous employers (if applicable), current and expected remuneration, health status (only if you share it in light of restrictions), information about interviews with us and our clients, recruitment test results, and feedback from your performance in the recruitment process. If you provide additional information, we use it only to the extent relevant to these purposes.

How do we access your personal data?

Through various channels when you proactively contact us: applying to a job ad, using our contact form, or contacting us by email or phone. In some cases we make first contact when seeking candidates for our clients, normally via your public professional social account, with a link to this policy. If we receive your data as a recommendation, we ask for proof you know about the disclosure. If your application is not suitable, we delete your data securely. Once contacted, your information is included in our professional database, as we are obliged to keep a register of job-seeking individuals. When we help you find a job, the law requires us to enter this in the Bulgarian Employment Agency register and to collect additional data (personal identification number, position, contract details).

With whom can we share your personal data?

With our customers and your potential employers in recruitment; with the Bulgarian Employment Agency where required by law; and with providers of technical support, legal, financial and accounting services, always in compliance with legal requirements. Your data is processed in the EU. Any transfer outside the EU will follow legal requirements and we will notify you.

How long will we store your data?

Until you request deletion (then securely deleted). If we have an intermediary-services contract, we store your data for five years after its termination, unless the law requires longer.

What are your rights?

You may request information, access, rectification, erasure, and (in some cases) a copy of your data in machine-readable format. Where you gave consent, you may withdraw it at any time. If you believe we breached your rights, contact us; you may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
