The company. A new-generation auto-leasing business, a non-bank financial institution backed by a team with a strong fintech track record, moving into a segment traditional banks ignore: financing for used cars. Fast-growing, data-driven, and scaling an office network across Bulgaria.
Rapid growth exposed two gaps at once. The company was opening offices city by city and needed to hire the right people, fast and repeatably, without quality drifting. And as it scaled, it needed to become a company people understood and wanted to join, with a clear identity as an employer and HR processes that could hold a growing team together.
We built the employer brand from the inside out. We defined who the company is as an employer, what it expects from people and what it offers in return, then turned that into a full Employee Value Proposition: real promises around impact, growth, stability-with-speed and freedom-with-responsibility, not slogans. We sharpened the messaging that makes the right candidates lean in and the wrong ones quietly self-select out.
In parallel, we worked on the internal HR foundation: clearer roles and structure, more defined people processes, and HR reporting and dashboards so leadership could actually see and act on what was happening with the team. And we built a repeatable hiring model for the office expansion, so each new location could be staffed to the same standard instead of improvised from scratch.
A company growing this fast doesn't just need more people. It needs an identity worth joining and a structure that holds.
A coherent story as an employer, an HR foundation built to scale, and a hiring engine for an expanding network, the difference between growth that fragments a culture and growth that compounds it.
